Welcome to SAKSHMI. By accessing and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Services

SAKSHMI offers two categories of services:

Henna Design Service: A manual service where our professional artists visit the customer’s chosen location to apply henna designs.
Product Orders: Ecommerce products which will be delivered through third-party logistics partners.

2. Booking & Payment

All service and product bookings must be confirmed via our platform. Payments are securely processed using Razorpay. Orders will only be confirmed upon successful payment.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

- For design services, cancellations should be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. - For product orders, refunds will be processed as per our Refund Policy. - Refunds will be initiated only through the original payment method used via Razorpay.

4. Third-Party Services

Product deliveries are handled by third-party logistics providers. SAKSHMI is not responsible for delays or damages caused during delivery.

5. Use of External Videos (YouTube Content)

Our app and website may display or embed videos from YouTube and other public platforms for educational and informational purposes. Some videos belong to our official channel, while others belong to third-party creators. All video content remains the copyright of their respective owners. We do not claim ownership of externally sourced videos. If any video owner wishes their content to be removed, they may contact us and we will take appropriate action promptly.

6. User Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate personal information, address details, and availability for artist visits or product delivery. Any false or incomplete information may result in cancellation without refund.

7. Privacy

We value your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.

8. Changes to Terms

SAKSHMI reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of major changes via email or app notification.
