Content Removal Request Guidelines

SAKSHMI respects intellectual property rights and is committed to responding promptly to valid requests for content removal. If you believe content on our platform infringes your rights or violates our policies, please follow the guidelines below.

1. Types of Content Removal Requests

We accept removal requests for the following reasons:

• Copyright Infringement: Your original work (photos, videos, designs, artwork) is being used without permission
• Trademark Infringement: Unauthorized use of your registered trademark or brand
• Privacy Violation: Content contains your personal information without consent
• Defamatory Content: False statements that damage your reputation
• Inappropriate Content: Content that violates our Community Guidelines
• Impersonation: Someone is falsely claiming to be you or your business

2. Copyright Infringement Claims

If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed, your notice must include:

• Your full name, address, phone number, and email address
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed (e.g., link to original work, registration certificate)
• Specific location of the infringing content on our platform (URL, screenshot, or detailed description)
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner
• A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
• Your physical or electronic signature

3. YouTube and External Video Content

Our platform may display videos from YouTube and other public platforms. These videos are embedded or streamed directly from their original sources.

• We do not host, store, or download any video files
• All video content remains on the original platform (e.g., YouTube servers)
• Videos remain the copyright of their respective creators

For YouTube content: If you own a video displayed in our app and want it removed, we will promptly remove the video from our platform. However, the video will remain on YouTube. To have it completely removed from the internet, you should also file a copyright claim directly with YouTube through their copyright complaint process.

4. Artist Portfolio and Design Images

If you believe an artist is using your henna designs or photographs without permission in their portfolio:

• Provide proof of original ownership (original files with metadata, dated social media posts, etc.)
• Specify which images on the artist's profile are yours
• We will investigate and remove unauthorized content within 48-72 hours

5. Privacy and Personal Information

If content on our platform contains your personal information without consent:

• Specify what personal information is being disclosed
• Explain how this information identifies you
• Provide proof of identity (government ID, account verification)
• We will remove private information within 24-48 hours upon verification
